We collect information you provide directly when you use our planning form, contact form or communicate with us — including your name, email, phone number, country of residence, travel preferences and any notes you share.

We also collect limited technical information (such as anonymised page views and referrer information) to understand how our website is used and to improve it.

We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry, design your safari, arrange bookings with our on-the-ground partners, and communicate with you before, during and after your trip.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

To deliver your safari we may share necessary details (such as traveller names, arrival dates and dietary needs) with lodges, camps, transport providers and ground-handling partners. We share only what is needed to fulfil your booking.

We retain enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to plan and operate your safari, to comply with legal or accounting obligations, and to answer any future questions about your trip.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Contact us using the details below.

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will use privacy-respecting solutions and update this policy accordingly.
