Wildlux Expeditions was founded in Tanzania with a deep connection to the landscapes, wildlife and people that make this part of Africa extraordinary.
Based in Arusha—the gateway to some of Tanzania's most celebrated safari destinations—we specialize in creating private journeys throughout Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.
But we believe a great safari is about much more than connecting famous places on a map.

A passion for safari became something more.
Wildlux Expeditions grew from founder Moses Aron's connection to Tanzania and years of experience within the country's safari and tourism industry.
Growing up in Tanzania meant that safari was never simply a product to sell. The landscapes, wildlife and communities travelers cross thousands of kilometres to experience were part of home.
Before establishing Wildlux Expeditions, Moses gained experience working alongside safari and travel companies, developing an understanding of what happens behind a successful African journey—from itinerary planning and guest communication to guiding, logistics and the small decisions that can transform a good safari into an unforgettable one.
In 2022, that experience became Wildlux Expeditions.
The idea was to create a safari company where journeys could feel more personal: designed around the traveler rather than forcing every traveler into the same itinerary.
Today, that philosophy remains at the heart of Wildlux.

Meet Moses Aron
For Moses Aron, Tanzania is more than a destination—it is home.
His experience within Tanzania's safari industry shaped a belief that the best African journeys are not necessarily those with the longest itineraries or the most expensive lodges, but those designed with a genuine understanding of the traveler and the destination.
That philosophy led him to establish Wildlux Expeditions in 2022.
Today, Moses's vision for Wildlux extends beyond Tanzania: creating thoughtfully designed journeys across East Africa while preserving the personal, locally connected approach on which the company was founded.
