This six-day private journey is a considered introduction to northern Tanzania, beginning with a night in Arusha before moving through Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The accommodation combines highland lodges with a two-night stay at Baobab Central Luxury Camp, giving the safari a comfortable mix of settings.
After Tarangire, overnight in Karatu before crossing to the Serengeti. A full day on the plains gives time for patient wildlife viewing, while the final highland night positions you for an early crater descent. An unhurried first evening leaves you ready for the road ahead.
