Across the Great Plains
"A private 7-day Kenya and Tanzania safari linking the Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire — with migration-focused routing when the season is right."
Planned in Arusha · Private safari · No obligation
A considered arc across northern Tanzania.
This private 7-day Kenya and Tanzania safari connects the Maasai Mara with the Serengeti, then continues through Ngorongoro and Tarangire. It is designed for travellers who want both countries in one compact East Africa itinerary and are comfortable with a faster pace.
The Mara and Serengeti form one wider ecosystem, but crossing between Kenya and Tanzania is a real travel day rather than a quick hop. Wildlux plans the border logistics, vehicle arrangements and Serengeti region around your dates so the route remains practical and seasonally relevant.
During suitable migration periods, the itinerary can be positioned around concentrations of wildebeest and zebra in the wider Mara–Serengeti ecosystem. River crossings and exact herd locations remain natural and cannot be guaranteed.

The route.
A day-by-day rhythm across Kenya and Tanzania — unhurried, with the pace shaped around your interests.
The itinerary.
A starting point — each day can be adjusted, extended or reshaped around you.
Begin your journey in Nairobi and travel toward the Maasai Mara, one of East Africa's best-known wildlife landscapes. The Mara forms the northern part of the wider Serengeti–Mara ecosystem and supports diverse resident wildlife throughout the year. During the seasonal Great Migration, the wider ecosystem can also become the setting for extraordinary concentrations of wildebeest and zebra. Arrive in the Mara region and begin exploring according to arrival time and the final itinerary.

Good questions, straight answers.
No. River crossings are spontaneous natural events influenced by wildlife movement, weather and local conditions. The itinerary can be positioned to give travellers opportunities to experience migration activity during appropriate seasons, but no crossing can be guaranteed.
